Volkswagen, Peugeot and Fiat defy sector gloom
PARIS/FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Volkswagen led a trio of European automakers which issued surprisingly strong results and held to full-year targets on Wednesday, sending their shares higher despite analysts warning the second half will be tough.
