First Merchants to buy Indiana’s Lincoln Bancorp
(Reuters) - Indiana’s First Merchants Corp said it agreed to buy smaller rival Lincoln Bancorp , the holding company of Lincoln Bank, in a cash-and-stock deal valued at between $74 million and $77 million.
